Program description

Centralize Legal connects Clio, Microsoft 365, and Dropbox to your AI assistant. Users may optionally opt in to receive generic account alerts by SMS — for example deadline reminders, follow-up nudges, and briefing prompts.

Messages never include client names, matter titles, or other privileged content. Message frequency varies based on account activity; typically a few messages per week or fewer. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt in

Sign up or sign in (WorkOS authentication).
On the first screen after verification, Text message reminders at https://centralizelegal.com/onboarding/sms.
Enter your mobile number in E.164 format (for example, +14155552671).
Check the consent checkbox — it is never pre-selected.
Click Enable SMS reminders, or Continue without SMS to skip.

SMS is optional. Email reminders work without SMS. You can use the full product without opting in to text messages.
